All quotations are based on the information provided at the time and cover only the work specifically listed within the quote.
Any additional work requested outside the original quotation will be charged separately at an agreed fixed price. The client will be informed where reasonably possible before additional charges are incurred.
Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in:
Suspension of ongoing work
Delays to future bookings
Interest or recovery costs where applicable under UK late payment legislation
A deposit may be required before work begins to cover any upfront costs or services. non refundable deposit of 35% plus vat to cover upfront cost and services, deposits paid will be subject to the consumer rights act
Any materials, specialist equipment, parking, travel, mileage, bridge tolls, or third-party costs required for additional works may be charged separately unless included in the original quote.
Changes requested after work has started may affect completion times and final costs.
By accepting the quotation or instructing work to begin, the client agrees to these terms in full.
I reserve the right to charge for any wasted expenses or costs I feel necessary, including mileage, parking, tolls, and congestion charges.
Terms are subject to the Consumer Rights Act.
All payment disputes are dealt with strictly in accordance with the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
The client is responsible for removing all personal items and will allow the contractor unrestricted use of the toilet, water, and electricity.
In the event of a breach by the client after starting the contract, I reserve the right to charge all reasonable costs to include direct or indirect losses, expectation costs, and reliance costs minus any mitigation deduction.
I reserve the right to stop work where any surface or property has damp, mould, or any other surface defects beyond my control.
